Waited for a long time! Took us 2 freaking hours to get seated!!! According to hotel staff, it wasn't that bad since rainy weather. If were sunny, it would have been much worse.

Then afternoon tea... was pretty good. Except some sweets. Though, it was neat time in the luxury hotel like that.











The cost? 3,200 yen for each. $30 per person. Would you like to join us?

Next time, I would do my homework before making agreement with her idea.

Lots of meetings for the day. Yeah 5 have been scheduled.
Some urgent issue emerged and I got busier than expected. Hmmm.
that issue was totally avoidable. Not my fault at all.

Didn't allow myself to leave the office early. Rather, had to remain in the office to make sure of no further trouble.

Well, better not complain... it's Friday!

For surprise to one of coworkers in the office... (employee of my client)... had to pick up some gift. Picked preserved flowers... roses. People around were so impressed with my taste.

Wow, didn't expect people to get impressed by that... Hahaha!

That happens!

Equal distribution of work for myself is important... You know, everyone would say, it's wise to prioritize work... so that you can measure of your productivity, etc. Also, wise enough to finish all works by deadline.

What am I thinking? I messed up all things... not in order.
Some stuff I have interest... can be done before other stuff that I think "hectic" to do. Even though I know how to solve that piece of puzzle... I don't touch until I really have to.

Though, this isn't something I think leave that way. I have to stick with professionalism.
I have to have better control about motivation of work to myself.

All purple... from tie, shirt, even cufflinks. Though, one exception.
My eyeware. Rouge... Famous "Mikli" rouge.

Somehow, I keep wearing this pair for two weeks in a row.
While in HKG... and whole this week so far including weekend...

Executive called emergency meeting because he had to gather information and present that to other executive at the end of day. Yeah, before tomorrow. It is for today!

Gathering information means getting consent from those who concerned.
Presenting that means I had to create PPT slides.

Wow, urgent work!
Ended up skipping lunch.
Started around 11:30am... finished around 3pm.

3 hours or so... made 12-page long presentation.
Thank God... I made it. I hate such deadline... Don't you?!

Hi folks. Last day of the extended weekend. Did some work... read some magazines and books. That was it.
No outing at all.

See, last three weeks... the schedule was quite hectic... and I definitely needed time along.
Spending time home for nothing was quite valuable at this point. No doubt.

From tomorrow for two week, I have to be the trainer to some Chinese guy... you know am not good at telling things.
Thus, two weeks things are going to be hectic for sure. Hmmm.

Will see what I can do with this training.

Who is going to be the Prime Minister of Japan? Fukuda from tomorrow. Do we care? Do we need another election? what are we dealing with this crazy Japanese politics? Who supports him?

For the fact, Fukuda was just elected to be the new president of the party... in power. Automatically, he will be appointed to be the Prime Minister in tomorrow's Diet meeting. Hmmm.

Made it quite early. Woke up around 7am and already on the train by 9:30am.
Destination? Kimitsu.

Yeah, it's MoonFlower's hometown. Purpose? To meet her mother and sister. WOW! What happened?
Yes, I admit. This was the first time ever to meet them.
How long have MoonFlower and Ogakijin been together? Five darn years... and never before like this?
True. Absolutely.

Around 11am, arrived at Kimitsu. Met MoonFlower. Went to her house... to meet her mother.
Then, we all three went to the cemetery since equinoctial week (Buddhism practice). MoonFlower lost her father last year.

Went on for lunch. Sushi. Ate and drank... yeah, I was told to drink beer along with MoonFlower's mother. So I did.

In the afternoon after spending some time in the house, I met MoonFlower's sister and brother-in-law.
Seemed it was an interview session like who I am and how I live, etc. Hahaha.

It went okay... don't even know if I have passed the exam or not. Hehehe.

Well, it was it. Didn't spend time with them further. No spending night there or anything.
It was a long day for sure, though.

Restaurant's location is on 47th floor.... top of the building in Shiodome area. No doubt that this location provide superb view of Tokyo at night. I guess, half of the price I paid for tonight is for the view... Hehehe.

Good thing happened... today's business was a bit SLOW. Thank GOD! Just what I needed. Needed to slow down to make sure of many things about their schedule and progress.

Saw new Vice President already in the office. First time for me to see that gentleman. VP means head of Japan office. Young guy... Sooner or later have to greet him? Hahaha.

People still remembered that I belonged that working place (client's site).
I felt awkward about sitting in the middle of that office. Not still used to?

My initial expectation was... rest of this week would go VERY easily.

No chance for me to attend some meeting that required me to be there for advising.
Had to remain in my seat to complete my OWN tasks due today! Suddenly given...

Yes, no work for today... So expected. Truth is... I spent half day for work. Too bad.
Today... oh I wrote as "PTO." Not exactly. It was make-up. I "worked" on 9th - when I moved to Hong Kong. So this counted as working day. Today, I used this make-up.

Somehow (?) a conference call was set in later afternoon. Meaning I had to participate.
Thus, not only emailing, etc... but also serious discussion.

Well, at least I didn't have to go up to the office for work.
Plus, I could enjoy the evening fully? Wait. still computer is open during the evening. It was pretty much "stand-by" status.

Suddenly big shopping day? Hahaha. Last day of the extended weekend... Oh boy, still have one extra day off tomorrow!
Started in Ichikawa... with MoonFlower.

For what in Ichikawa?



First, ate Okinawa famous "soki" noodle. Pretty tasty and cheap!
We went to "I-link Ichikawa" high rise mansion for sale. 45 stories!

Many of rooms had been sold. Well some choices... from half million to almost a million.
What MoonFlower pointed to pick... were all top prices. Hahaha.

At least what I learn for the day is.... I need to have cash to cover the initial 10% of the total cost.
Meaning if I want to buy 1 Million Dollar Mansion, need to have 100K in cash.

Wait. Cannot buy even a house for 200K!!! My bad.
No help from MoonFlower... that's really bad. Anyone out there wishes to support me for that?

This is the cafe MoonFlower died to come for. We just had big big breakfast... though, didn't have rest to our stomach. She directed me to come here.







Enjoyed shopping in the outlet mall. Got new ties from Dunhill (report to be up later!).

People took me to DFS (Duty Free Shoppers) and I ended up in Cartier. Dunhill was really good. Cartier was even great!

Well, this month... September is going to be very quick one because we have several holidays attached to the weekends.

Oh, I plan to go on trip with MoonFlower. It's make-up trip to her because I was out of country for a while... Hehehe.

Work is getting any better? Seems this week is going to be hard.
